At Radiant Creations, we are a small business that takes pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products and digital items. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order Products (Including Print-on-Demand)
Most of our physical products - including custom-designed shoes - are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or customer errors during checkout. We encourage all customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions: We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
~ The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
~ The product received is significantly different from the item ordered
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us at hello@radiantcreations.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a clear description of the issue along with photos showing the defect or damage.
2. Digital Products (e.g., Gift Cards, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. This may include:
~ Gift cards
~ E-books
~ Digital downloads
Radiant Creations Gift Cards are delivered via email and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
If you experience any technical issues with digital access, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is processed promptly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation if production or fulfillment has already begun.
