1. Processing Times
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Products: Most items are made to order and require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Digital Products (e.g., Gift Cards): Digital items are delivered instantly via email after purchase confirmation. If you do not receive your item within 1 hour, please contact us.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on most items. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the origin of the product.
✨Footwear (Sneakers & Clogs): Ships from our trusted production partner in China, with estimated delivery of 10–20 business days worldwide.
✨Creative Journals: Produced by international printing partners; their country of origin may vary depending on the journal style chosen. Average delivery is 10–20 business days worldwide.
✨Radiant Pouches & Accessories: Ship internationally from our creative partners, with similar delivery estimates of 10–20 business days.
✨Bespoke Vibrational Essences & Mists: Prepared and shipped directly by Bridget fm Kirwan from Australia, with estimated delivery of 3–10 business days within Australia and 10–20 business days internationally.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Costs
All Radiant Creations include Free Worldwide Shipping. Essences and Mists are prepared and shipped directly by Bridget fm Kirwan in Australia, with rates included in the price.
As a small business, we strive to keep shipping costs fair and transparent, and we thank you for your understanding. These terms are subject to change.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
✨Print-on-Demand items, tracking is emailed automatically once your order has shipped.
✨Essences and Mists tracking is emailed directly by Bridget after posting.
If you do not see tracking emails, please check all of your inbox folders, including Promotions or Spam.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Radiant Creations is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at hello@radiantcreations.shop. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
