This website is operated by Radiant Creations, a sole trader business registered in Australia and operated by Bridget FM Kirwan. The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Radiant Creations” refer to this business entity. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Use of Art and Design Images

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Low-Resolution Images
We take steps to protect our content by displaying low-resolution images of our artwork on our website, but this does not grant you the right to copy or distribute these images.

Radiant Creations is not liable to you or any third party for any price changes, service modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Certain products and services may only be available online. We aim to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the colors will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services, including limiting quantities, geographic locations, and jurisdictions. Descriptions, pricing, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

7. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any transaction at our discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and these restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, billing address, or payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making purchases or creating an account with us. Failure to do so may result in issues processing your order.

8. Gift Cards
Radiant Creations Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email and include instructions for redemption at checkout. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any current or future offerings available in our online store.

~ Gift Cards can be:

~ Used across multiple orders until the full balance is redeemed

~ Combined with discount codes

~ Combined with other Radiant Creations gift cards

~ Sent directly to the recipient by selecting “Send as a gift” during checkout, with the option to schedule delivery and include a personal message

~ Sent to the purchaser’s email by leaving the gift option unticked

Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly when purchasing. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected digital gift cards due to incorrect email entry.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and are considered final sale and non-refundable.

To redeem, the unique gift card code must be entered at checkout. If the total order amount exceeds the gift card balance, another payment method can be used for the remaining amount.

At this time, customers cannot check their own gift card balances. To request a balance check, please contact us at hello@radiantcreations.shop.

9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links, which we do not monitor or have control over. You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any content, resources, or services provided by third parties. Any transactions or dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third-party provider.

10. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other materials to us, you grant us the right to use, edit, modify, and distribute those materials without restriction.
